1 Day Fraser Island Tour from Sunshine Coast Itinerary

Get a hearty dose of adventure on this day long 4WD tour of Fraser Island. Throughout the day, you’ll experience the stunning landscape of the island and get to know the ancient rainforests and pristine beaches that characterise it.

We’ll start the day from the Sunshine Coast and make our way across the expanse of the Noosa River towards the Cooloola National Park. As we go, we’ll point out some of the key sights, including the Teewah and Rainbow Beach, where we’ll stop to admire the colourful sands and have a cup of tea.

Then it’s onwards to Fraser Island, taking in the gorgeous beaches that surround it and exploring the lush rainforests that sprawl out inland. After cruising around the island, you’ll get to take a refreshing dip in Lake McKenzie to work up an appetite for our traditional Aussie lunch.

In the afternoon, we’ll take you through the ancient forests of Satinay and Brushbox and give you a tour down the sandy highway. On our way back to Noosa, we’ll stop off for tea on an isolated section of beach before we take you home.
