Discover everything Fraser Island has to offer on this two-day adventure that takes in beautiful lakes, impressive sand dunes, and ancient rainforest scenery. While on the world’s largest sand island, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the local wildlife and learn all about the natural history of this fascinating place.

In the afternoon, on our first day, it’s time to head to our comfortable beach resort to enjoy dinner, jump in the pool and snooze away in your hotel room. And our second day starts with a delicious breakfast before we explore the rest of K’gari (Fraser Island).

When we arrive on Fraser Island, we’ll start by taking you on an exciting 4WD adventure along the famous 75 Mile Beach.

You can visit the impressive sand dunes of Lake Wabby. It takes about a 4km return hike to get here (optional activity). But you’ll be in awe of the emerald green water, soft sand and the forest that surrounds the lake.

One of the most beautiful places on Fraser Island is with no doubt Lake McKenzie. With crystal clear water, white sand and a green, lush forest it will feel like you just stumbled upon a fairy tale.

While we walk through rainforests, a knowledgeable guide will point out the giant King Ferns at Central Station that date back hundreds of years and the World Heritage-listed Satinay trees at Wanggoolba Creek.

We’ll also check out the famous Eli Creek, where you can float down back to the beach, via a 4WD journey to see the Maheno Shipwreck before heading to the nearby Coloured Sands and the Pinnacles.
